MainStreet Dayton is proud to announce The Fourth Annual Farm to Table Dinner will be Saturday, September 14, 2019 in downtown Dayton!

MainStreet Dayton is excited to bring this fantastic event to our community once again this year! We are honored by the support that we’ve been shown in previous years and we hope to make this year another record breaking success!

Once again we will be partnering with local farms to bring the best fare there is to offer! Gabriel and Eva Camp, owners of Screen Door Kitchen, are heading up the menu this year, so we are guaranteed a delightful meal! Some of the farms we are proud to feature this year include, Southern Valley Farms, Cornett Family Farms, Landing View Farms, Jackson Farms, and Raburn Acres; just to name a few. Each of these farms have participated with us in past years and we are so happy to have them join us again this year for such a great event!

This year’s dinner will again take place on Market Street directly in front of the Historic Rhea County Courthouse. Hors D’oeuvres will be served at 5:00 pm, and dinner at 6:00 pm. Don’t miss out on the chance to win door prizes from local businesses, or cash from the 50/50 raffle! Previous 50/50 winners have gone home with over $200!

Another continuation of last year, is our partnership with The Rhea County Community Center (RC3). “The Rhea County Community Center seeks “to build a healthy community with Christ as cornerstone” by offering wellness, sports, and healthy programs for all ages and abilities in Rhea County and beyond. Our annual Strong Kids and Families Campaign provides funds to provide financial assistance for memberships and programs so that all may have access to a healthier and happier life,” said Cindy Horton, RC3 director. Proceeds from the dinner will be split between RC3 and MainStreet Dayton. “This is a great way to connect with others in the community over a great dinner, as well as give back through RC3 scholarships and MainStreet Dayton downtown projects,” said Rachel Marshall, MainStreet Dayton Executive Director.
After dinner and dessert, there will be live music on the Courthouse lawn featuring Brandon Maddox! Maddox is a singer/songwriter from Nashville who has been featured on TV and Radio!
